SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship from our warehouse in Sweden to all countries within the European Union. Unfortunately we do not ship goods outside the EU.
The shipping cost is calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
Within EU (except Sweden) we ship with UPS.
Within Sweden we ship with DHL.
Shipping cost to Sweden: 9 EUR
Shipping cost to European Countries: 15 EUR
No unpleasant surprises
All orders within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. That means ALL taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout, so you don't have to worry about extra charges to receive your goods.
Orders within Sweden are shipped with DHL, whilst orders within EU are shipped with UPS Standard.
We strive to pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery time for:
Sweden: Approx 2-3 working days
All other countries within EU : Approx. 5-8 working days
Please note delivery might take longer during periods of sales and public holidays.
Where is my order?
After the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified when ordering. When your order is shipped from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can trace your order.
Can I change the delivery address?
Customers will receive SMS/E-Mail from DHL Express or UPS. You can not change the delivery address once your order has been shipped. Collect your order from a DHL og UPS service point.
If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by our provider, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return and a handling cost of 30 EUR.
Shipments are normally stored for no longer than 14 days by our shipping providers before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return according to the instructions on our Returns page. Packages that are not collected, are not considered within the Right of Cancellation.
Payment are made using PayPal.
Our customers can securely and conveniently send and receive payments online using PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. You can choose to pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your already registered PayPal account.
All prices are quoted in currency Euro.
The product prices displayed on mariuskids.com are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), as applicable. Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to. For details on shipping rates per country see Shipping & Delivery Terms.
YOUR TOTAL PRICE
The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference.
If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency. If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
TAX AND DUTIES
For all orders from European residents, prices include Norwegian VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with an item(s) that you have purchased, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
Simply return the item(s) in the same condition as you received it, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please completed the return form (click here for link to return form) and send it together with your items.
When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. If the conditions are fulfilled for return, you will receive a full refund (ex. return costs) within 7 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
You, the customer, is paying for the freight of the return and is responsible, together with the shipment company, for the goods until they reach us. Return the order at any service point as an ordinary letter/package. We recommend that you choose traceable package

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If what you receive do not correspond with your order or an item is damaged
If there is a shortage of goods or what you have received is damaged or have faults, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please inform of your order number, what the fault is and how we can contact you. If the item is damage, please attached a photo of the item/fault with your email.
If possible we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance to your customer rights. Shipping cost and claims will be reimbursed.
If you want to exchange an item, the easiest and quickest way is to complete a new order in the shop for the product you wish to have instead. Return the item you do not want following the guidelines under "Right of withdrawal" above.
The customer is only liable for any impairment of the value of the goods caused by other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, quality and function of the goods.
CHANGE OUR ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED
If your order has not left our warehouse, we can adjust or cancel your order.

If the order has already been shipped, you have to return your order to us. You have to pay the cost for return. See the guidelines under "Right of withdrawal" above.
